Slingshot supports two modes: instant scatter (layers teleport) and confetti (animated burst with staggered keyframes, spin, and fade).
Who This Is For
Motion designers who need to scatter layers into directional arrangements. Title cards, particle-style bursts, confetti animations, or any layout where layers fan out from a point.
How It Works
- Select layers in your composition.
- Click and drag on the slingshot pad. Pull in the opposite direction of where you want layers to go.
- The scatter cone and preview dots show projected positions while you drag.
- Release to scatter. In instant mode, layers teleport. In confetti mode, they animate outward with staggered timing.
